Deliciously cold Ice cream is a food that comes from freezing. The majority of ice creams are made based on dairy products such as milk and its derivative, such as yogurt. The ice creams are made of innumerable flavors such as chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. The ice cream is so versatile that it can have fruit flavors like passion fruit, lemon and grape. For the most daring, there are tequila, mojito and even spicy ice creams. When tasting the first bite we realize its texture in soft and creamy. The ice creams come in several presentations, for example the nacelle (which is a cone-shaped cookie and ice cream  is placed at the end.) Ice creams are also served in large glasses, accompanied by natural fruits, syrope, mani, mini cookies, m & m,and nutella. Like Water for Chocolate During the Spring Break, I ventured to read the novel "Like Water for Chocolate" divinely written by the successful Mexican Laura Esquivel. This novel,published in 1989, was translated into 36 languages ​​and was a total worldwide sales success with almost 3 million copies. I consider that this story has a high level of understanding,because the novel is written within the parameters of magical realism (where unreal situations are shown as everyday). The story is developed in 239 pages. Like  Water for  Chocolate tells the story of Tita De la Garza,a Mexican girl who since her birth had direct contact with the kitchen. This novel is developed in the ranch located in Piedras Negras, Mexico at the beginning of the 20th century. In this drama, Tita, one of the daughters of Mama Elena, is condemned to follow a family tradition in which "the youngest daughter must take care of her mother until she dies".
